Over 11,000 sq. ft. of our 35,000 sq. ft. facility is dedicated to our tooling department. All dies built and stored by Versatile Engineering are guaranteed for the life of the program. All die maintenance is provided free of charge. Our dies are built to run trouble free and outlast any product requirement.

Tool and Die Makers
Versatile Engineering produces custom tooling using highly skilled, class A tool and die makers. Many of our young tool and die makers are graduates of Versatile Engineering’s apprentice program. With a powerful CAD-CAM system (used for tool and die design) EDM machines and a sharp team of highly experienced tool and die makers, Versatile Engineering tackles the most difficult, complex concepts of tool and die fabrication. Dies are built for medium to high volume and run on high speed Bruderer presses. All of our tools are maintained at no cost to our customers by our tool and die makers and are guaranteed for the life of the product.
