Versatile Engineering's Bandoleered Pins

The following standard sizes are available with minimal or no tooling cost, depending on pin length and retention  feature requirements. Custom sizes beyond these parameters are also available. All pins feature the proprietary Versatile Engineering formed insertion tip for reliably smooth, even insertion force.

.020” (.5mm) square wire pins on .0787” (2 mm) pitch.

     .025” (.63mm) square wire pins on .100” (2.54 mm) pitch.

Versatile Engineering's Box Contact

Box contact for .025" (.63mm) square header pins on .100" (2.54 mm) pitch.   Selective gold plating on contact surfaces.  Available with little or no tooling cost depending on features desired.  Contacts stamped on .100 centers and wound on reels for automated assembly.
